Help me. It's been working and all of a sudden I get this and I cant' get PP to run. Any suggestions? PLEASE

I have figured out I've joined the league of "pooped out" security devices. Anyone have one of those to sell? A Premier Power key for sale?

Hi amyks, I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you are having with your key. Unfortunately there is definitely a possibility the key has failed. But there's also a possibility that perhaps just the parallel port on the computer went out. If you have another computer with Premier Power on it, try the key on that. If it does not work on that computer, your key is most likely bad. If it does work on the other computer, then the problem must lie elsewhere. If you do not have another computer with Premier Power, you can send the key to us for testing. Testing is $15 and you can download a computer service form from our main site www.jmsteno.com. You don't need to send in the computer, just the key itself.
