I have been on PP forever. I recently started doing transcription, which requires time stamping. I haven't been having too many problems, until tonight. For some reason, when I make my ASCII, my time stamps are stopping about three minutes into the job? Is there any way to fix this without rewriting the entire thing?

Hi Tina, The main reason for losing your timestamps is when you add a portion of text to the transcript that was not originally written on the writer (this can sometimes cause PP to lose the remainder time stamps). Another way to lose timestamps is if you delete a portion of the transcript. What type of writer do you use? Stenograph has a pretty good description of the problem which you can review here: support.stenograph.com/ftp/helpdesk/pp/Power_Timestamps.htmlDoes your transcript print just fine with timestamps or are you missing them there too?
