I need help. I am trying to convert my TurboCat Dictionary to an RTF file so I can change over to Eclipse and when I try to make an RTF file, it gets about 3/4 way through and gives an error message that says Dictionary Error Number 16. I cannot find any info on this. Help!

Hello Karen,
The most common problem with converting your dictionary to RTF is many people assume they will fit onto a floppy disk (A: Drive). In most cases, the dictionary is too big to fit on a floppy. Follow these steps to make sure you exporting the dictionary to your hard drive, not a floppy disk:
*Note* The following steps were tested with TurboCAT 6.4 1) Press for the Utility Menu 2) Press [X] for file exchange 3) Press [D] to export dictionary 4) Hold down your [CTRL] key and press [C]. Release your [CTRL] key. This switches to the C: drive (your hard drive). Next, highlight your dictionary and press [ENTER] 5) Press [ENTER] to accept the name. This will begin the export process. When done, press any key to continue.
If done correctly, the dictionary should be on your C: drive in your user folder (which is whatever username you created when first installing TurboCAT).
If this process works for you, then we are pretty sure that the problem was you were trying to export to a floppy.
If this process does not work for you, we can attempt to perform a "Fixlist" on your dictionary. Let me know.
Best Regards,
