I seem to be having problems with Eclipse responding to my questions regarding purchase/lease as a student. I have requested twice, once via online and second over the phone. Almost seems now like I am begging for info. Has anyone else experienced this problem or am I being too harsh expecting more than any company is giving these days regarding customer service?
Any suggestions as to what software is the most utilizede in the field today?
Thanks,
Sid

Hi Sid,
Eclipse I believe has sales reps located all throughout the US. I recommend calling up their main office at (800) 800-1759, and ask a sales rep for the rep in your physical location. In fact, ask for all the reps in your area's phone numbers and give them a call. They might be more helpful. Just keep in mind that the reps are normally Court Reporters as well (which means they can get busy). The reps here in the Phoenix area seem to do a good job on answering questions and returning calls however.
Hope that helps. If you already spoke to a rep in your physical location, then call the main office and ask to speak to a supervisor. Then just explain to them your situation.
As far as customer service is concerned, based off what customers tell me, Eclipse seems to have the best customer service (at least for current customers).
Hope that helps.

Hello Shanell,
What format is your dictionary in? (e.g. Case CATalyst, DigitalCAT, etc.)
Depending on what format the dictionary is in, you might have to send it to Eclipse for conversion.
